Move In/Move Out
If you are a new customer to WW&LC or just moving from one address to another, you will need to submit the appropriate application for service. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions (715) 423-6300.
A credit check will be performed to verify identity and determine if a residential deposit is necessary. Deposits are refunded after 12 consecutive on time payments or when an account is terminated.
All commercial customers are required to pay a deposit. A deposit letter will be sent after we receive your application. All commercial deposits will be refunded after 24 months of on time payments or when an account is terminated.
