Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Representative

Wisconsin Rapids Water Works and Lighting Commission (WW&LC), a public power municipally-owned electric and water utility that provides long-term value to its community and citizens, is looking for an enthusiastic applicant to fill the full-time position of Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Representative.

This position will have the responsibility of interacting and communicating with customers and staff at a utility that cares about the overall well-being and growth of our community. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers.

Ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for customer service, excellent communication skills, as well as strong computer skills. Two years of customer service along with an advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred, but not required.

This position will work 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday. WW&LC offers a full benefit package including competitive wage, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System.
