Donation Request Form

Water Works and Lighting Commission (WWLC) is a community-owned municipal utility providing electric and water services. WWLC strives to make our community stronger to our current and prospective citizens and businesses.

We recognize there are unique circumstances when it may be beneficial to our customers for WWLC to make reasonable investments into the community. We will support community organizations, and their activities, within our service territory that enrich the lives of our citizens. The General Manager shall oversee our donation program.

Donations must be submitted 30 days in advance and are allocated in the form of a Heart of Wisconsin Chamber gift certificate to the organization listed on the request unless otherwise requested and approved.
