FREE monthly authorization to deduct your payment from a checking or savings account on the due date of your utility bill. Sign up online, in our office or call 715-423-6300. Two-week notice required for cancellation. Click here to complete online form
Pay or view your bill online for FREE. Make a one-time payment on the date of your choice (note: cannot be more than 15 days prior to your due date), view your usage and payment history, sign up to receive an email notification that your bill is ready to view and pay online, choose to stop receiving paper bills, and much more, all for free! Pay with Visa or MasterCard by linking to www.officialpayments.com or by calling 1-800-272-9829. Use jurisdiction code 5956 to designate your payment to us. There is a $5.95 convenience fee added by Official Payments Corporation.
Our budget billing program allows you to even out your energy costs over the course of a year through a fixed payment each month. With this payment plan, you will not experience the fluctuations that normally occur during the summer and winter months. To qualify for this program your balance must be current. We recommend at least 6 months of utility history at your current residence in order to calculate an accurate payment. Every 6 months, your bill is reviewed and adjusted to correct any over billing or under billing.
